
On 3 December 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Iwasaki Hironori of the Center of Molecular Bioscience, University of the Ryukyus, Okinawa, Japan, together with graduate students from the Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Khon Kaen University, visited the National Phenome Institute, Khon Kaen University, to learn, exchange knowledge and gain experience in research related to phenomics, metabolomics and the application of advanced analytical instruments.
The visit gave the delegation the opportunity to exchange views, experience and academic expertise, and to discuss avenues for future research collaboration, strengthening collaborative networks at both the national and international levels.
Dr. Wassana Jamnongkan, Operations Manager, and Ms. Thanaporn Kulthawatsiri, researcher at the National Phenome Institute, Khon Kaen University, welcomed the visitors and presented the institute's mission, vision, academic service roles and the capabilities of its High-throughput Platform of research instruments. They also led the group on a tour of the laboratories and key research instruments, explaining the basic operating principles of the institute's advanced analytical instruments.
The National Phenome Institute, Khon Kaen University, extends its sincere gratitude to Assoc.
