
From 21 to 23 November 2024, executives and researchers of the National Phenome Institute, Khon Kaen University, attended the 2024 science, research and innovation personnel network forum (TSRI Research and Development Personnel Network Forum 2024: Preparing Today for Tomorrow’s Challenges) at The Regent Cha-Am Beach Resort, Phetchaburi Province.
The forum was organized by Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI) in collaboration with the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI). It underscored Thailand’s commitment to strengthening the capabilities of its science, research and innovation workforce to meet future challenges, and to fostering new innovations aligned with the country’s sustainable development goals.
On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Jutarop Phetcharaburanin, Director of the National Phenome Institute, Khon Kaen University, together with Dr. M.L. Manida Suksawat, Deputy Director for Academic Services, and Dr. Wassana Jamnongkan, Operations Manager, were invited to serve on the expert judging panel for the poster and oral presentations.
Meanwhile, Dr. Marisa Attapong, Thanaporn Kulthawatsiri and Theerayut Bubpamala, researchers at the National Phenome Institute, Khon Kaen University, attended the forum to exchange knowledge and experience and to learn about research advances from networks of researchers and experts at institutions across the country.
Participation in the forum reflects the National Phenome Institute’s role as part of the national science, research and innovation network and its contribution to developing academic personnel, supporting the creation of knowledge and innovations that meet the country’s future development needs sustainably.
