NPI, KKU Takes Part in National Conference "The 1st Conference & Exhibition on Health & Wellness Innovation"
On 14–15 November 2024, the Graduate School of Khon Kaen University, in collaboration with Research and Innovation Affairs, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, held the 1st National Conference and Exhibition, "The 1st Conference & Exhibition on Health & Wellness Innovation: Empowering Invention to Innovation for Quality of Life," at the Kosa Hotel, Khon Kaen. The event aimed to serve as a key platform for exchanging knowledge and for promoting and supporting the development of innovations for public health and well-being.

On 14–15 November 2024, the Graduate School of Khon Kaen University, in collaboration with Research and Innovation Affairs, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, held the 1st National Conference and Exhibition, "The 1st Conference & Exhibition on Health & Wellness Innovation: Empowering Invention to Innovation for Quality of Life," at the Kosa Hotel, Khon Kaen. The event aimed to serve as a key platform for exchanging knowledge and for promoting and supporting the development of innovations for public health and well-being.

Held for the first time, the national conference and exhibition sought to inspire and give researchers, academics, medical professionals and entrepreneurs the opportunity to present new research and innovations with real-world applications for society. Participants also gained up-to-date knowledge from expert speakers across a wide range of fields, including medicine, biotechnology, health sciences and preventive healthcare (wellness). The event drew a large number of participants from Thailand and abroad.

On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Jutarop Phetcharaburanin, Director of the National Phenome Institute, Khon Kaen University, together with Dr. M.L. Manida Suksawat, Deputy Director for Academic Services; Dr. Wassana Jamnongkan, Operations Manager; Dr. Marisa Attapong; Dr. Navaporn Sritong; Ms. Thanaporn Kulthawatsiri; Mr. Theerayut Bubpamala; and Ms. Preeyakan Malikrong, researchers at the National Phenome Institute, Khon Kaen University, attended the conference and hosted a booth exhibition. The exhibition showcased the institute's capabilities in research, phenomics and bioinformatics, as well as its advanced analytical instrument platforms, while also providing an opportunity to exchange ideas and build collaborative networks with organizations and researchers from many institutions.

The National Phenome Institute, Khon Kaen University, is delighted and proud to have been part of this important national conference and exhibition. Its participation marks another step in helping to advance health innovation and improve people's quality of life, and in supporting the translation of research knowledge into real-world use to create a lasting positive impact on society and the nation in the future.
