
The Center for Medical Microbiome and Microbial Technology for One Health invites researchers, physicians, health scientists and all interested members of the public to attend the session “Microbial Power for Thailand’s Future — One Health for Sustainable Living through the Microbiome,” held as part of MHESI Fair 2025, to exchange knowledge and perspectives on the role of the microbiome in health systems and in the sustainable development of the country.
The program features a range of talks and activities, including the lecture “Healthy Gut, Healthy Life,” which highlights the potential of the microbiome to improve the health of Thai people; a panel discussion between physicians and researchers on the direction of Thailand’s microbiome development toward the global market; a session linking the One Health concept, which integrates human, animal and environmental health; and mini-forums on medical science presented in an accessible way, suitable for participants of all backgrounds.
There will also be an interactive Kahoot Quiz to create a fun learning atmosphere, with prizes for participants throughout the event.
The session will take place on Friday, 15 August 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon in Meeting Room MR 210 CD, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Registration is free of charge and open to all who are interested.
The event aims to raise awareness of the importance of the microbiome for One Health and to strengthen collaborative networks between academia and the health professions, working together to advance science and innovation toward a sustainable future for Thailand.
